YARN AND FABRIC DYEING

We partner with renowned dye houses that specialize in Cabinet, Jigger, Cheese, and Cold Pad Batch (CPB) dyeing techniques. These processes allow for excellent color uniformity and penetration across both organic and synthetic fabrics. All dyed materials are strictly formaldehyde-free and azo-free, complying with the highest international eco-standards.

Weaving

Our weaving process utilizes advanced automated looms, including air-jet, rapier, and sulzer looms, to ensure superior consistency and fabric integrity. These looms allow us to create a wide range of weaves, textures, and finishes across materials like cotton, linen, polyester, and their blends. We maintain strict yarn tension controls and continuous monitoring throughout the production process to ensure defect-free output. Additionally, we offer custom weaves, such as jacquards, dobby, canvas, twills, and more, tailored to meet specific client requirements.

Printing

Our printing capabilities are designed to meet diverse client needs with precision and creativity. We offer rotary screen printing for high-volume, vibrant results; digital printing for detailed, low-MOQ designs; and flat-bed manual printing for artisanal, custom detailing. We also provide specialty techniques such as block, foil, glitter, pop-up, discharge, reactive, and pigment printing, each adding unique textures, finishes, and color effects to enhance fabric appeal.

Cutting and Sewing

We maintain a centralized cutting division with a daily capacity of over 5,000 pieces. Our sewing section is equipped with modern high-speed machinery operated by skilled tailors. Each production line has in-line quality supervisors ensuring that stitching precision, product dimensions, and finishing match the approved samples and specifications.

Embroidery

Our embroidery department supports both computerized embroidery machines for precision work and manual hand embroidery artisans for intricate, customized designs. We offer embroidery in a wide variety of threads, including metallics, viscose, and cotton, enabling us to cater to diverse styling needs.

Processing & Finishing

Our post-dyeing processes include several advanced fabric washing techniques to improve softness, durability, and performance. Silicon washing adds exceptional softness, smoothness, and wrinkle resistance, creating a luxurious feel. Anti-microbial treatment inhibits bacterial growth, enhancing hygiene and keeping the fabric fresh for longer. Stone washing gives fabrics a vintage, worn look while preserving their structural integrity. Additionally, enzyme washing softens the fabric, reduces pilling, and boosts color vibrancy, all while being environmentally friendly.

Coating and laminating

We offer a range of coating and laminating solutions to enhance fabric performance. PU coating provides breathable, waterproof protection for outdoor textiles, while TPU lamination offers eco-friendly waterproofing with added flexibility. For heavy-duty applications, PVC coating delivers robust waterproofing, and acrylic coating adds durability, stain resistance, and a soft finish. We also provide blockout coating to prevent light penetration in curtains and blinds, and UV protection coating to shield fabrics from sun damage, ensuring long-lasting vibrancy for outdoor products. Additionally, our anti-microbial and anti-fungal laminations inhibit microbial growth, making them ideal for medical, hospitality, and hygiene-sensitive textiles.

Testing and Quality Assurance

In-house laboratory testing is an integral part of our workflow. We conduct stringent tests for

Packing and Warehousing

Post-sewing, products are packed as per customized buyer instructions — with eco-friendly packaging options available upon request. Our spacious warehouse ensures safe, organized inventory management under optimal conditions. Our dedicated logistics team arranges seamless air and sea shipments with real-time tracking provided to clients until final delivery.
